Summary: This is a review of tv...not Amazon. I did not buy from Amazon. I'm on my second tv from Sharp. First one bought on 7-7-12.Repair guy came out to do a check up per extended warranty agreement and said I needed a new tv. It had bright white pixels on bottom of screen. No big deal I thought its a bad panel it happens. When I got the replacement, it was ok for about 3 months they appeared again. Even more than my last.
BUYER BEWARE!! TV HAS BEEN BROKEN 6 MONTHS UNDER WARRANTY AND SHARP SAYS THEY DONT HAVE A WAY TO FIX OR REPLACE IT IN PHOENIX AZ

Summary: BUYER BEWARE!!! The worst customer service of my life. Several thousand dollars for a tv that lasted 3 months. We have called Sharp over and over and gone to the top and they do not have a contractor who will work for them in a city as large as Phoenix and have not offered to replace or ship the tv. We are stuck with a new broken tv and they simply don't care. I don't see them being around long with this level of quality and service.
