Summary: I've owned for about nine days now and I love that it has so many calibration possibilities, but they have also become a burden. Sometimes while using the DVR as input, the picture is excellent and then a couple seconds later based on a change in a scene or news cast, it become barely viewable. Finally got the Fox News cast to look as close to real life as possible, but when they pan away to a live shot, the source input changes the picture dramatically for the worse.
Summary: I bought this TV with high hopes...I always liked my other Sharp TV's in the past. I got this one July 22 and by Sept 4 panels went white...dead pixels. After all their rigamarole they finally sent me what I thought was a NEW TV Dec.4...Well It was REFURBISHED and bent...yes bent. The curve in the frame of the TV was at a least 2" convex curve which makes the picture blurry and distorted in the center of the screen.
Summary: This is the best non 4K tv you can buy. It's so good I call it 3 & 1/2 K.The picture is spectacular!Way too soon to buy a 4K TV, when you can get this on ONLY @ hhchregg. They had the best price by far They even sent me a price adjustment check for $165.00 because they put it on sale with in my 30 day return period. Total coast $1335.00 for a $2499.99 TV. I could not be happier.
