Summary: Bought mine in March along with an extra 5 yr warranty. A couple of months later I noticed people started looking like they had a sunburn. Soon after it turned to a darker purple and spread. Repair guys told me it was the panel and not replaceable. It's been weeks and I am still waiting for Sharp to get a return from a store so they can provide me with a refurbished unit. In the meantime my first year warranty is fading into the distance. Won't buy another Sharp product.
Summary: After several months of problems with my Sharp Aquos LED I'm DONE!!! Nothing but problems! Quality of picture is far worse than anything else out there. Pricey for nothing! Horrible customer service. Customer Care full of broken promises. Top to bottom the worst expirience ive ever been through with a product! Summary: It was ok on the first three days, we did not browsed all advertised features.. Then we started to discover … skype disappeared, .then, Aquos Advantage Live disappeared. Maybe there are other advertised features that were priced in but not available/implemented that we did not discovered yet. On the 8th day the tuner refused to work anymore, and the basic functions (Input, channels setting, etc.) stopped working.
Summary: I had heard so much hype about this product. IT ISN'T TRUE. Buy a Hisense .. it is better. The sound has never been right. The picture is nothing special. The volume only goes up to about 1/3 of what the same unit does @ HHGREGG. I swear companies are selling us Amazon.com customers refurbished 2nds. We are not receiving the quality we should expect to get when paying top dollar. I did not go for any discounted price.
Summary: i purchased this from a local wholesaler, thinking one year manufactuere's warranty will be plenty. after little less than 2 years, the tv has an vertical line on the screen. so i contacted the company, after many phone callls, because its after one year, the company was not able provide any service. but the best they can do for is pay additionl $900 for a refurbish TV that only have 30 days warranty.

Pros: Хорошая, сочная картинка в статичном изображении.
Cons: Отвратительная картинка в движении, частые рывки при перемещении камеры, некоторые фильмы даже в HD смотреть невозможно, такое впечатление что в телевизоре 100-герцовая матрица первого поколения и такой же процессор.
