A great buy for the price, size, features and functionality!

Summary: For the price, size, features and overall functionality this TV is a GREAT buy. I had no idea that you could plug in your HD and watch movies straight from your HD, or look through photos, much less listen to music. I also did read and appreciate the review about turning on Film mode and going to Advance to turn it down to 0. Picture looks amazing and it has plenty of Inputs and my favorite 3.5mm audio out for external speakers. I highly recommend it.
Summary: Great with issues. The good side: The TV looks great on the wall. The picture *can be* superb. Netflix works well. It has TONS of inputs. Very easy to connect all your stuff including a VGA input for computers. The viewing angle is good for an LCD. The sound is OK as is - you can only do so much with built-in small speakers. The bad side: This TV suffers badly from SOE (Soap Opera Effect).
Summary: This TV is incredible! I bought it because of direct experience with family members having one. After having mine for a week I read reviews. My experience defies every negative review I've read, so I say this: Either I got the only one that SHARP made that works right or the other reviewer who mentioned issues got the one that was flawed. Or, they just didn't read the instructions!Specifically in these areas: 1) Dark black shadows and solid shade areas looking milky.
Summary: This is by far the easiest TV to set up. It looks and works fabulous! We purchased from Amazon (Prime) for $799. We went to Best Buy to buy a new wall mount bracket to hang it and the EXACT same T.V. was on sale at Best Buy for $1,299 so we got a great deal buying from Amazon! The delivery was awesome too. They called before to make sure we would be there to accept delivery and offer to set it up for us.
Summary: Great tv while it worked. Bought this in July, it arrived 2 weeks later and a month after that stopped turning on. After searching for a solution I discovered that this is a very common issue and of course Amazon won't do anything for me because it's only a 30 day return.
Summary: VERY happy with the picture, amount of options, inputs, and price. This tv is just beautiful to look at. Things I didn't like were the "smart" features. Most of them are very slow or just don't work right. There isn't a single android app for this tv worth downloading. Also, as other people have mentioned, the speakers on this tv aren't any more powerful than a $10 pair of headphones. You will definitely want some kind of external speaker for this.

Summary: I really want to be able to come here after 16 months of ownership (purchased March 2013) and write a raving review. The sad part is I could have and would have done that up until Monday night, August 25,2014. I came home from work and wanted to watch a little tv before leaving to run some errands. I had just watched tv on Sunday and everything was perfect. When I pushed the ON button and sat down I noticed nothing happened. I thought it was me.
Summary: I bought this TV after having an Aquos for about 5 years. (still have it, still works great) I was happy when unboxing it, it is big, and it looks nice! I mounted it up on the wall, hooked everything up, followed the instructions for getting rid of "soap opera effect" and hey, it's got a very nice picture too! It wasn't until after a few viewing sessions that the disappointments set in. I first noticed some flairing on the Netflix startup screen.
Summary: Great 60-inch TV, it came on schedule and had it set up in less than an hour. Picture is great and took about a few hours to fine tune it to the settings that I wanted. Watched some good movies over the weekend. Got my Roku and Xbox hooked up easy and tested. TV and Roku hard wired (ethernet), so I haven't use the wireless yet, prob won't.
Summary: LOVE THIS TV! What I like the most are all the Smart TV functions that are not in the advertisement. I can plug in virtually any video format on a USB stick and it plays it. The web browser is great! It has all the big ones such as Hulu, Netflix, Youtube. It can even pull videos from my home network.
