Summary: What I love...first, the obvious--the price(!)--, it has great picture quality, had multiple HDMI ports for all our devices that need hooked up to the TV and doesn't get super hot like my older LCD. What I dislike...the sound (the speakers are in the back of the TV so the sound isn't very loud, plus it just doesn't get loud-at all!) Overall, it is an excellent TV, especially for the price.
Summary: The picture on the flat screen is very good. You may need to adjust the picture levels depending on placement of tv. There are many inputs to run different source mediums. Overall I am very happy with this tv and would recommend it to future buyers.
Summary: I Purchased this about a week ago blindly by going off the reviews on this website. I also own a samsung 52" 8 series. The Pro's are that the TV is very accurate in color, black and contrast. I ran a calibration disc which I think even one should do if they spend this kind of money on a TV. Colors are bright and vivid. Blacks are fairly inky and might be better than the samsung I own. Jitter on moving objects seems pretty good.
Summary: UPDATE 11/20/2010: I ended up getting the TV replaced by Sharp because of the defective backlighting (the first bullet below). The new TV has perfect backlighting and I'm very happy with it. The blacks and overall quality of the picture does seem better on the replacement. I have to commend Sharp for their excellent customer service with the replacement process.
