Huge, bright, and (ha) Sharp - can't go wrong with this TV.

Excerpt: After using a 42" 1080i plasma HDTV for the past few years. I finally had the budget and the inclination to upgrade to a larger screen and go to a true 1080p set. I spent a lot of time researching all of the models out there, since now it's not just plasma versus LCD versus DLP or 720p vs 1080i vs 1080p. 1080p is pretty much set, but there's now plasma, LCD, edge-lit LED, full-array LED, Quattron, and DLP. On top of all of that, there's 2D and 3D sets to consider.
Summary: Since this was my first Sharp Aquos TV, I was worried about this brand. After using Mitsubichi large screen for many years, this TV blew the Mits away. The picture is amazing. The color is true. I play video games on this tv and they play wonderfully. I strongly suggest that if you are cosidering purchasing a large screen HDTV, consider the Sharp AQUOS strongly. You will not go wrong and your family will certainly thank you.
Summary: This TV was good at arrival but within 4 months it would reset on power up and the some of the input ports stopped working. The power up problems got worse with time and finally the TV stopped working completely. Call to sharp resulted in appointment with a local TV repair facility. It took a month of visits for Sharp to declare the unit unfixable. Sharp provided a replacement TV model # LC-60LE633U.
Summary: ...and you'll get a fair idea of what the picture on this TV is like. Yes, the depth it provides is that immersive and real. With the added bonus that you can alter said reality to suit your own tastes. Be it color intensity, brightness, hues, etc. there is a way to adjust them to the exact level you want.
Summary: Sorry for the late review, I purchased this TV in Sep 2010 and have been very very happy with my purchase. The picture quality in incredible and blu-rays are amazing. If you a in the market to get a 60" for below $1500, this could be the one for you.
Summary: Forget about internet connectivity and all of the other features that are always better on a dedicated device, like Boxee box, Roku, or WD TV Live HD. Your TV should do one thing: perfectly display video. This TV does just that. I can honestly say that I have never seen a more life-like picture on any TV display in my life. The video seems to jump out at you. Motion seems more real and details more clear than ever before.

Summary: This is a Great tv for the price but ad is wrong - no usb for digital photo viewing JPG, BMP, PNG and MP3 playing. it has a USB port but that is only for software/firmware updates. shipping was fast and accurate through Vans electronics.
Summary: This television is unreal. I mean they should call it something other than a tv it is so much more. The 240 hz takes a little getting used to but once you do the picture is so unbelievably clear and precise you cant imagine. The size alone of this model is quite impressive. It takes watching tv to a whole new level. REALLY. Great price also.
