Summary: Everything was going well with the TV that was replacement of the first SONY LCD, until now we turned off the TV and then not fired more I stuck Lights Light but gives no image, not receiving menu that is dead, it's a shame because I expected more lifetime, I had to appeal by former SONY, and you buy another SONY has more life than this Sharp TV ....
Sharp TV experience went from wonderful to terrible within a little over a year.

Summary: I bought this tv because of all the great reviews and the picture quality, went to Best Buy and it had the best picture quality of all the major brand's they had on display. When we got it home my wife and I were amazed by the picture, it looked like the shows had a "live" quality because the picture was so realistic, in fact it took us a while for us to get used to the new clarity, we were thrilled with the vivid colors, great sound, and everything about it.
Summary: After paying almost $2000 for a TV, I would expect to have something reliable and excellent customer service. JUST after the one year warranty expired, my TV went out. It wouldn't turn on. Called Sharp. They basically said "too bad". Finally, after calling and calling they recommended a repair shop. The repair guy came out and charged me $50 to take the TV from my house when he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. A MONTH went by. I called the repair shop.
