Summary: Great picture and sound. 3D is cool but be sure to look into whether your cable provider has a lot of 3D options before buying this if that is your main reason for doing so (also it only comes with one set of glasses). As you can imagine, 2D to 3D conversion isn't that great but I'm sure any reasonable person would have suspected that. Lots of HDMI ports which you need if you actually want to get the most out of the viewing. The apps are cool but a little strange.
Summary: In terms of picture quality, for us, this TV is great. Outstanding colors and sharpness on watching blu-rays,and playing games with my kids via PS3, however there are not much applications in it (eg. no WEB browser) and the remote is bland which I wish to at-least have a back-lighting for easy use when lights are off.
Summary: A real nice TV. After mounting it on a bracket it took little time to go through the set up process. The picture is very good and audio adjustments are quite comprehensive. Glare is not a problem. It is a good choice for a medium size set.
Summary: I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now, and every time I turn it on I still get a big smile on my face. We shopped HDTV's hard for several weeks. When we started I was heavily biased toward either Samsung or LG, based mostly on reputation. An online acquaintance talked me into at least giving a fair look at the Aquos and once I did, I was sold.
Summary: I needed a Wall mounted TV to replace an aging Sharp Aquos 42" tv that I never really liked all that much...I searched around and after much debate decided to take a risk on another Sharp this time it was the Sharp LC-46LE835U 46" tv....larger screen but much much thinner. Setting up the TV was typical for a Smart TV no issues there, nothing much Different from the Sonys I have in other parts of the house.
Summary: I love my Sharp LC46LE835U. I've read other reviews online stating that pixels are dying on their sets, I guess I am fortunate that this has not happened to me. I have been using this for the last six months, and I could not be more satisfied. This TV has everything you could possibly need, 1080P, 240htz refresh rate, built in WiFi, Netflix streaming, USB ports, optical outs, plenty of HDMI ports, and an incredible crisp picture.
Summary: I am not much of the technical person, but I would say I love the colors. I would love to add hulu to the mix of apps, but have not been able to do that. The pictures are excellent, I have not tried the 3D but its a wonderful product. I got it deliver with amazon prime the next day which was so great. I order it at 11am on Friday and got my TV 10 am on Saturday morning. Great job to amazon, my first buy was a 55' same product and did not use prime.
Summary: I received the LC-46LE835U from Amazon about two weeks ago. It replaced a Samsung 46" DLP (model HLN467WX/XAA) I had since 2004. I paid > $4,000 for the Samsung, so the ~ $1,200 (including two pair of active 3D glasses) I paid for the Sharp is a bargain...lol. I spent quite a bit of time looking at the various models at the big-box stores and reading on-line reviews. In my opinion, the Sharp 835 had the best picture of all the brands.
