Summary: This was the least expensive name-brand 42" 1080p LCD HDTV I could find when I started my search in December 2010. I found it at Dell for $469, free shipping, but sales tax was applied (why, I don't know). The picture is very nice, but one complaint is with the viewing angles. If you stand directly in front of it, it's awesome. Even if you move 20-30 degrees to the side, it's still good. But, at sharp angles, the picture quality and color washes out with a blue-ish tint.
Summary: Had this TV about a week now, and I am very pleased. I am not a video expert or anything, just a normal user, and this is my first LCD TV. I have looked at quite a few over the past year, and to be honest this one seems to have just as good a picture as most I have seen. I think it's also hard to tell in the store anyway, because there are always tweaks you can do to the settings- so it's a bit like comparing apples and oranges sometimes.
Summary: Pictures on the auction by dell were of a wide screen, or were edited to make them look like widescreen. The audio output on the back (you know, for hooking up audio output to your surround sound) doesn't seem to work with HDMI so you have to use the poor quality speakers it comes with..... or you can hook up to the headphone jack like I've done.
Summary: I needed a TV for the bedroom and kept putting it off until this offer popped up on E-Bay. Who could resist? It's a nice looking flat screen and sits perfectly on top of the Ar moire. It's got a beautiful picture and the HD is gorgeous. The sound is not as good as my larger Sony but I'm not complaining for the price.
Summary: We bought this TV to go into an exercise room at home. This was the best and most TV for the dollar at the time we bought it.. It is black. We also mounted it on the wall --we had to buy the mount elsewhere..BUT it was easy to install and put up. It is a really good TV.. I would buy it again..without a doubt Dell did an awesome job shipping it and tracking itfor us.

Summary: I may not have the set adjusted probably but out of the box it seems to be a little washed out on flesh tones. I got a good price on it and am pleased with it overall but it's not perfect just very good. I can't help feeling I should have held out for an Aquos. This is a good TV particularly in HD!
Summary: My wife and I decided to get a large HDTV as a Christmas present to each other. We wanted multiple HDMI ports, stereo-out (headphone jack), 1080p resolution, and 8ms or faster refresh rate. Our primary use of the TV is via an Xbox 360 from which we watch DVDs, stream from NetFlix, and play video games. We had our eye on a number of models and when this model reached our price point we went for it.
Summary: we were looking to upgrade out 36" and saw this deal on ebay. the price was right as was the screen size. the picture quality is excellent and it was very easy to set up. the shipping was also fast. the only negative we've found is sound quality. there are different sound options but we had to spend too much time adjusting equalizer to get the sound quality we like. even the default sound settings were a little off for us. overall a great product at a great price.
Summary: Our old TV was on its last legs, so when we saw this TV on EBay's Daily Deals for a terrific price, we decided to go ahead and try it out. This is not the fanciest LCD TV, nor does it have a lot of bells and whistles. However, we were impressed by the display quality and the ease of use. I had it out of the box and set up with cable, VCR, and Blu-Ray in less than an hour. Also, all of our friends have been impressed as well. A great TV and a great bargain through EBay.
