Summary: Purchased from Luzy's Storage Place. The tv is very nice. I have always been a fan of Sharp's Aquos technology for the crispness and clarity of the picture being displayed. Though it is an older model its still very good compared with other brand name tvs in the market. So far no problems with the tv after 2 years.
Summary: This is a nice Tv for the pricepoint! These days its so hard to actually find a Tv,It's down right Stressful! I had a Vizio in our family room that died 3 DAYS after the extended warranty! Doesn't that just piss you off?? Any way my other 2 Vizio have had no problems so with that in mind I started looking for something different that wouldn't break the Bank this was a good choice we don't have a huge room for the Monster Flat screen!
Summary: I love this Sharp tv for the guest room . I already have a sharp sound bar and that just enhances the entire experience since the room is too small for a surround sound system. It took 2 phone calls to sharp to get it all set up but now it is working fine and all my guests love having a flat screen tv in their room when they just wanna relax in bed
Summary: I just bought this very model brand new for an amazing $470 from costco, yes the sound is a bit weird and weak,i was playing movies at maximum volume 60, but at this price for an full HD 40" 1080P 120Hz!! which is awesome for fast moving live sports etc, this is a steal for a well known and respected brand, time to spend some money on some nice speakers to pair up with it, can not fault it for this price.
Summary: Love this tv. I'm no techie and it took me two minutes to hook everything up and watch a movie. This is the second 40" Aquos tv we own. For the price, picture and quality this is a great product. Sound quality is good, hooked up to a home theater system though, it is outstanding. Remote is easy to use and easy to understand (function buttons make sense)This model of Sharp's Aquos LCD line is A simple, well constructed, quality product.
Summary: I recently picked up this TV [Sharp AQUOS LC40D78UN] from a fantastic Seller here on Amazon, and couldn't be happier. I had been pulling my hair out over the last few months looking for a TV to play my XBOX360 and PS3 on, looking at reviews it seems the new 240hz 3D tvs are terrible for gaming because of input lag [nothing to do with internet lag] do a little research and you'll see what I mean.
Summary: I bought this Sharp 3 days ago. The TV is plug in to a coaxial cable via a charter TV. The picture is bright and comparable to a SONY 120 hertz. A Tad cleaner and better but a TAD less color than a SONY. I have both so I did a comparison. The Sharp sound is really a dissapointment. I have the TV at 60 volume level and still the sound is soft.(max is at 60 too) Plug it to a Blue ray player and the sound is still nochalant.
