Summary: Recommended buy for everyone, especially at this price!
Pros: Excellent LCD TV, makes even worst DVDs and bad SD channels to look sharper than they really are.I have compared it with my Sony LCD XBR TVs that I have in my house, using the same Lexicon RT-10 as player.
Cons: Has a little delay in lighting up, not a big deal! Preset colors need to be adjusted, otherwise every person's face looks jaundiced.
Pros: Works great! I use it as an extended desktop to watch blue-ray movies. The 1920x1080 res complements my desktop well. Sharp also packaged in Netflix and a couple other snazzy things right into the tv. Access to the internet is via an ethernet jack.
Summary: After my two year old samsung LN40A630 front panel went out, I purchased this sharp tv. I researched many different makes and models before deciding to go with sharp. I have been very pleased so far. The picture quality blows away anything I've seen from samsung, sony, or any other major brand.
Summary: I don't leave reviews for items unless they have a real impact on me and this TV sure has done so. I bought it to replace an older 32" LCD TV and have been absolutely amazed by the quality of the image (color, brightness, blur free motion) that this Quattron HDTV delivers.
Summary: I had read great reviews on this product before buying & I am 100% pleased with the picture & sound quality.
Pros: Unbelievable picture quality for a LCD TV. Completely blows away my previous 40" LCD television. I threw my dogs toy to fetch & hit the screen of my previous LCD tv & damaged the screen--had purple stripe from top to bottom of screen that changed colors from time to time. This tv has a glass fron...
Cons: Took me a couple of hours to get the color settings dialed in. I never use the preset color settings but dial in my own settings as I am a nitpicker from he_ _ !
Summary: I bought this as a warranty replacement for a 3 year old 42" DLP TV. I own 2 other LCD 32" sets and 2 LCD computer monitors so this is not my first LCD screen, BUT it is by far the best I have ever veiwed.
Summary: I went shopping for a telelvision with nothing in mind except finding the best picture I could find in a 40" LED television. This won hands down. Yellow Pixel or not! Now that I have it at home, it makes my blu-ray's come to life and my Wii looks equally great.
Summary: This tv is simply great, I have 3 high end LED tvs at home (Samsung, Sony and Sharp), side by side you can tell this out performs in ways you can actually notice. It lives up to the hype in the commericals, just make sure you are using HD components with the TV.
Summary: Purchased the TV at a great discount from the normal price. Set it up and have been amazed at the quality. My wife occasionally complains that the picture looks "weird" because it is too crisp and the colors are too bold. It is like looking out the window, you actually feel like you are there.
