Summary: TV has been terrific TV up until this past weekend when the base of the TV snapped dumping the TV on the living room floor. TV is now cracked internally...thought ok I bought the extended warranty (Canopy), we're all good. NOPE. Canopy claims that it was an accident and it's not covered.
Summary: I waited about a year after I purchased to make a true review. The first set was sent back because it would not turn on. I feel the delivery driver was not careful. Also the TV was left outside my front door where anyone could take off with it.
Summary: So....the dimensions are there, picture is good (better than fair, not excellent), peripheral access is great (which is nominal and to be expected in a modern TV), speakers are atrocious and require sound bar...for the money, it beats the price point...
Summary: I bought this TV back in December of 2012, when it was on sell for $399. Everything has been perfect so far with the TV and I haven't had a single problem. I would recommend this TV to anyone that is looking for one.
Summary: Pros.: Hi folks. Don't let the no name-brand turn you off. This is a great TV for the price ($399). The remote control has many useful features that saves time sifting through the on screen menu while watching TV.
Summary: The stand for the tv broke just after 7months of use. I would not recommend this item to anyone. As a matter of fact, I would not buy the SCEPTRE brand again. I tried contacting customer service on 3 occasions but nobody answered the phone.
