Summary: We've had the TV for only a little over a month and there are three bleeds in the bottom of the screen, for sure a waste of time and money. Should have saved it and bought a better TV. We will probably end up buying a new one within the next few months, if it lasts that long.
Summary: Ordered this TV to put outside on our patio. It replaced a 32" that was a little too small. For the price, this is exactly what I was looking for. Only drawback is that I cannot program my DirecTV remote to turn the TV on or control the volume, but I think I can live with that.
Summary: For the money, this is a decent value. I've been using it for about three weeks now. It does have its drawbacks, but then what product doesn't? Many others have complained about the audio quality. To me it's a TV, not an expensive sound system. For everyday viewing, sports, news, etc. the sound is okay. The level needed to hear the TV is a bit higher than I was used to, but I get by. For viewing streaming I just run it through my home entertainment center.
Summary: This is our very 1st flat screen TV. We bases our decision bases on price compared w/ reviews. we are not AT ALL disappointed. The one review that was a common negative was volume. I must agree. It has some REALLY low volume issues. The room we have it in is small so it is not too big of a deal.
Summary: When i first saw the TV on Amazon, I was very skeptical and thought there's no way this TV could be very good for so cheap, $268. I researched the model a little more, and discovered that it had an average of 4 star reviews (mostly docked one star because of the poor sound, but who buys a Flat screen expecting deep bass, room filling sound?).
Summary: After reading the reviews, I wanted to turn around and buy something else, but I though nah, lets try it out. I haven't had any issues with the tv..the sound is great, the picture is phenomenal and I overall love this tv.
Summary: If I could I would rate this tv two different ways. First I would give it five stars in the category of price to value. I paid $278 for this tv and this is a great tv for the money. I would give it 4 and a quarter stars for actual performane. No it does not have all the bells and whistles of a Samsung Smart Tv or a Sony Bravia and the picture is not quite as good but it also is way less money.
Summary: I really didn't know anything about flat screens as this was my first tv purchase ever. One of my roommates got married and took his large tube television with him. I thought surely was going to have to pay a good bit of money to replace it with a flat screen of comparable size or for another tube unit for that matter. I had just jumped on Amazon to get an idea of what the damage was going to be and this tv was the first hit.
Summary: Things should be judged by their price point. You shouldn't expect Ferrari performance from a Hyundai - the world doesn't work like that. The same applies here. The TV is a fantastic value for what it offers. The "out of the box" experience is dull. The TV is pre-configured to "power save" mode when you first turn it on, meaning that the you might disappointed with the dark tones and overall unexciting image.
