Summary: Bought this by price for my garage. They forgot the remote, but an email got it sent by next day air !!! Set works great and the DVD is just great. Sanyo is a good set, as I looked at Walmart, however, given current low, low prices, I would go for a Samsung , Sony or Toshiba as price permits. The new LED is the way to go if you have any vision problem.
AWFUL. Get ANY thing else in this price point and you'll be happier.

Summary: You get what you pay for I guess, this TV is awful. The picture is grainy, the colors are completely off...everyone appears as if they have an oompaloompa tan. Also, you aren't able to navigate the menu without the original remote (which I don't have) so you are left at the mercy of a universal remote which is fine for channel changing but still can't get into the menu. Don't buy this TV.
Summary: It took me a long time to decide to buy a new TV. I don't have to have everything that comes out. When I do buy I want a good piece of equipment at a good price. I got both with product. Picture quality is wonderful as well as the sound.
Summary: I have been a firm Phillips person for years. I like their products and have not had any doubts on purchasing them. I owned a 32 inch LCD television that I purchased when they first started with LCD. There was a storm and my tv was fried. I had a 42 inch in the living room, but my husband and I were fighting over programs, so a second tv was a must. I decided to go to Walmart on a Sunday when of course, my husband had remote controlitis.
Summary: This Wal-mart exclusive has a best buy rating from Consumers Report. It replaces a two year old Olivia 26" which cost one-third more and had a non-standard remote. This Sanyo 26" has all the necessary connections and features and even includes a PC input so it can be used as a monitor (I have not tried this) and a USB port so you can review JPEG pictures (have not tried this either).
