Summary: ADDENDUM to this review Previous review intended for Samsung UN60F6300 60-inch 1080p 120Hz Slim Smart LED HDTV which failed 11 months after purchase. Tha most glaring failure is on the part of the manufacturer not responding to consumer repeated requests to honor the 1-year warranty.

Summary: Tv works great but when i took it out of the box it smelled worse then 10 jamaicans slap boxing in a hot elevator. Its been 2 weeks and the stench is still there when it runs for a while heats up.
Summary: IF we could use all the advertised features. Quite difficult to figure out and we are quite computer savy. The real problem is the tech support. It is so poor, the so called reps have no idea how such features as setting up favorites, voice control or most anything works.
Summary: I had very high expectation before the units arrived, but it easily met and beat all my expectations easily. First, the packaging was great. The usual TV box was put in a much lager brown box and packed very carefully and with a lot of protection. Not a scratch anywhere inside.
LOOK HOW THEY HANDE A TV WARRANTY REPAIR !!!!!!!!!!

Summary: I PURCHASE A 32" TV (MODEL UN32EH4003FXZA) SOMETIME IN FEBRUARY, 2013. THE PICTURE WENT OUT SO I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SPENT 3 HOURS TALKING TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ALL HAVING ME DO THE EXACT SAME THINGS TO ATTEMPT TO RESET THE TV.
