Dead batteries, really?

Summary: TV was fantastic. only reason for a 4 star revew and not a 5 star is that the TV stand is too large and not vary stable. Also, the batteries that came with the 3D glasses were already almost all the way dead.
I can't imagine a more fantastic value for the money in a television set.

Summary: Beautiful, perfect display. Incredibly lightweight for it's size. Flawless image quality. Even 3D on it looked fantastic with the supplied glasses. Pros: Incredible image quality and performance. Very customization. Tons of menu options to tailor it to suit your needs or preferences. Tons of features and apps in the Smart Hub. Great quality 3D Glasses (4 of them!) plus batteries and backup batteries. Both remotes are fantastic. Gestures work perfectly with touch remote.
Excerpt: This screen is to be used as a part of an exhibition booth, displaying product videos and animations. It has amazing design, specifications, and outstanding picture quality. I give it only 4 stars because it is very new and has yet to "prove" itself for the purpose it was purchased. I believe that after a few more exhibitions, it will be a 5-star product.
Pros: All the connections options I could ever need, Best looking TV out there, Great Picture Quality

Summary: AMAZING TV! Hand motion control isn't perfect and doesn't work with some apps, but is fun to show off to friends. Watch out for the creepy camera when using skype. It locates your face and zooms in on you.

Summary: I'm sure you are doing your comparisons like I did but at the end of the day - it is clear that the Samsung product is the best available. We've had tremendous enjoyment out of our TV and there are still several apps that we have yet to use!
Anynet (HDMI-CEC) and Smart Hub Problems with Yamaha
Jerry C. Shaw "psjerry", Amazon
9 July 2014
Summary: Purchased this product this spring from another supplier. Smart Hub and Anynet are sham marketing ploys. If you own an AVR (e.g. Yamaha) don't expect Anynet (HDMI-CEC) under Smart Hub to send audio to your AVR so you can use the $3,000 speakers you just purchased. So here's the rub: Yamaha RX-V675 Receiver Samsung UN60F8000 LED TV HDMI Out from Receiver Using Blue Rigger Cable (ARC capable) into HDMI 3 (ARC) of TV NO Toslink optical link Can't route audio from Netflix,...
Summary: The video quality is awesome. It connects to the Internet flawlessly and the 3D picture is awesome! Only reason why I gave it a 3 star rating is because it came with a dead pixel of the top right side of the TV. I didn't return because I had already thrown the box away. Also, one of the legs in the box was the wrong leg. I bought the 60 inch TV, one leg was for the 60 inch, but the other was for a 65 inch TV.
