Excerpt: Awesome TV... Not a big fan of the soap opera effect but it can be easily disabled under settings.

I picked the 7500 simply because it has the same thin bezel size as the 8000 and it contains the technology kit.
Pros: Best looking TV out there, Easy To Set Up, Great Picture Quality
Summary: It's a little difficult for me to praise picture on this TV since I have been spoiled with picture on my 50" Pioneer Elite that I am just just moving from living room to bedroom and putting this 60" in its place. This set does have an excellent picture and I am happy with it for the most part. Family does not see any difference in picture compared to the Elite however, I do.
Pros: Brilliant, bright picture, black levels are ok but still don't compare to the plasma sets. Although probably won't use them much the 4 pairs of 3D glasses included seem to perform well. Very attractive slimline design. Thin bezel makes this set almost look like it is floating inside my entertainment center since I have it hung on wall.
Cons: Some light bleed from edges. Poor off axis performance. Lighter black levels and imperfect screen uniformity compared to my Elite. Voice recognition isn't always accurate; typing on the virtual keyboard is a pain. Voice, motion, and touchpad controls are unreliable for the most part a waste of time trying to use. Samsung should have spent more on engineering picture quality and less on senseless controls that do not function.
Summary: This is the best TV experience I have ever had. I have owned many TV's of most major brands, including Panasonic Plasma TV's. This is better than all of them. Never mind the great extra features, the TV quality is perfect. The clarity and crispness of the images is extraordinary. The sound is so good I did not need to add an external speaker. I have not found any 3-D content yet, but I am hoping for an opportunity to test this feature of the TV.
