Summary: Nice TV and great picture, but the darn thing has gone down again. Bought the unit Dec 2012 and about 7 months later had to get the screen replaced because of a blue line going down the front. Now a few months later, its early March 2014, and just out of the 1 year warranty the screen went completely out..... That was kindly pointed out by the Samsung Support rep.
Summary: My tv was working well as ot should be for 1 month but one day i was watching a movie and suddenly my tv turn off and then on again and i cant do anything with the. Tv the screen was full of colors lines i couldnt see anything and it restarted again and again amazon did not hel me at all but can you help me in how to repair these cause i need to use it. Summary: First of all I made good decision to buy it from a local store Fry's instead of Online. I canceled my order with amazon and picked up this 60" tv 60ES7500 from Frys. Unpacked it, switched on , went through setup.. update firmware .. TV restarted.. No picture only voice. came through. Called Samsung support, the guy basically said the TV is bad and he will someone to look at. The samsung support person never showed up.
