TV keeps switching on and off

  • Summary: I had this TV for year and a half. Now it keeps switching on and off on its own. Also the wireless network panel is not able to find the wireless router. Customer care is also quite bad.

6 months in and the problem started

  • Summary: I had this Samsung for 6 months and then the screen would go to weird colors and then restart. I would call it something similar to a blue screen of death. I'd have to shut off the signal to the tv to stop it from cycling from on and off.

  • Summary: So I got this TV and the bottom LED really bleeds into the TV. I called amazon about it and they would have taken it back, but couldn't sell me the same model nor would they honor the price because it wasn't an Amazon sold TV.

Nothing buy problems

  • Summary: I am very disappointed in this TV. The most expensive TV I've ever purchased has given me nothing but issues. TV has been repaired twice. The features it has are not very impressive or user friendly. You can't watch all videos through the web browser. It should come standard with a keyboard.

Black light leaking

Great picture, very poor usability

  • Summary: So, I returned my 60 inch TV after learning of some fatal design flaws... The first, and biggest, is that every time the SmartHub servers go down, the T.V. basically becomes inoperable. An error message that's something to the effect of "ERROR_MSG_BIND" pops up every 90 seconds on the dot.

Do Not Make the Purchase

  • Summary: My husband and I decided to upgrade our old TV and decided on the Samsung 3D TV. We made a huge mistake and now we are stuck with a $3000 TV that is failing more with each day. We purchased it from Best Buy who will not let us return it because 30 days past.

Watch for defects if you purchase this

  • Summary: Great TV, however after 2 weeks of ownership a bright green line appeared vertically down the middle of the TV. Called Samsung and they couldn't fix it, had to get a replacement. Again, great TV, just watch carefully for defects.

  • Summary: Tv is less than 2 months old and already is turning itself on and off. A few minutes of research on the problem and it seems to be very common. Not sure how Samsung can get away with continuing to sell TV's with known defects. Ridiculous.

GREEN LINE DOWN CENTER

  • Summary: I have had this tv 11 days now with an average of 8-10 hours of viewing per day. Turned on tv on 11 day and GREEN LINE down center of tv from top to bottom appeared. Found out LCD board is fried. Needs new one. PLEASE BE AWARE. Tv is less then 2 months out on market.
