Summary: samsung smart tv - not so smart. in less than year, tv starts hanging in middle of watching - screen turns black, no response to remote control commands, only resort is to take power cord off the wall and re - plug in. Called samsung, got their vendor to take it repair but no improvement.
Summary: Screen ( panel) has white line across the screen). Needs new panel, which cost as much as a new TV. Samsung refuses to replace or repair. Purchased May 21, 2012. It's now junk and i'm out $998. Will never purchase another item made by Samsung or this seller.
Smart TV does not work and Samsung has no idea how to fix it.

Summary: The TV worked fine for about 5 months. Then the "Smart Hub" stopped working. I got endless error messages that the network was not connected, it walked me through hooking up to the network again, starting from scratch, reentering the password etc, then it says I am connected, then when I try to open...
Summary: I got this TV (UN60ES6500) on March, the image quality is good. Some shadows on corner, but ok. 2 months later a BIG BLUE VERTICAL LINE appears on the center of the screen!! I'll keep you posted about Samsung warranty.
Summary: Picture quality is great until you have to watch a fast motion picture. The picture becomes blurry during football games and action movies. I called Samsung to report the problem and they explained that this was because the motion rate was too low. Junk!
