Summary: We love this TV. It's appears much bigger in home than it appeared at the store. The biggest problem is our local cable company hasn't caught up with the high tech of a "smart TV" - thus the remote doesn't work fully (we also need to use the cable remote to access the "guide"). Not a big deal, but something you may face if you live in a remote small town.
Summary: Excellent monitor except missing the audio output to be configured as external variable out (adjusted with the samsung remote). The other is even more annoying, needs auto aspect, to keep from stretching the picture when program material is broadcast as 4:3 ratio. I live in an area that has both 16:9 and 4:3, to watch some stations I have to go to the setup menu and change the picture size to see the progam as it was recorded.
Summary: The Smart TV functions took a little while to learn to navigate. Still learning... But, fun ! I also had trouble with the TV being too far from my WIFI wireless signal. So, I bought a Coax Network Adaptor kit to extend my Ethernet to get wired high speed bandwidth without wiring my house : -)
Summary: great advertising, has internet browser but slow like dial up connection, there is no keyboard functionality for you tube app, remote lacks keyboard had to by a generic one separate, very disappointing ,LED & motion rate is grate do if you have HD 1080p service otherwise normal signal looks horrible ,not a lot of memory won't be able to store movies or videos i'll be lucky if I can fit half my picture gallery
Summary: Overall this is a very good tv. Easy to set up and great picture. The issue I have is with the stand. The stand is crooked - lower on the right hand side - and from what I have been able to find out, except for removing and reattaching, which I have done, there is no way to fix this. So the tv has a great picture, etc., but the presentation, what you see every day even when off, is a crooked tv. Very disappointed.
Summary: We researched and shopped for 55" LED TV's for several weeks at many stores before deciding on this on from Walmart. Our decision came down to Samsung because the picture quality is superior to other brands in the same price range. It seemed brighter and clearer to us, particularly if you look at it at a severe angle from the side. I got to the point that I could walk into a store and pick out the Samsung from 75 feet away.
