Summary: The picture quality is OK, but the "smart" features are horrible. First, to activate the Smart Hub, you have to agree to a long list of EULAs that give Samsung access to everything imaginable, including the ability to watch whatever you are watching on your TV. Then, a "recommended" set of apps come pre-installed that CANNOT be deleted. For example, I don't want a Facebook app on my screen, but Samsung thinks it knows better than I do. Lastly, the apps DON'T work!
Summary: The display on UN55H6350 seems pretty good, but all the "smart" features provide the dumbest experience. Bundled apps are useless and several cannot be uninstalled. It takes 15 clicks to navigate to play a movie from a network computer, but just 2 clicks to buy a movie -- you'd think paying $800+ would be enough to opt out from additional ads.
Not a terrible TV, but know it's limitations before buying

Summary: First experience with Samsung having always purchased Panasonic plasmas in the past. The picture is OK after properly setting up the unit (noise filters must be on to get any decent image). By no means is it as good as our other plasmas but those are higher end TV's bought for a different purpose. The viewing angle on this is really poor. I could not recommend it for anything other than straight on viewing. Connectivity is very good with several I/O options on the back.
Summary: While the TV it's self is very good it will not support Bluetooth output to headphones or external speakers while using apps by Netflix or Amazon to watch instant video. Both Samsung and Amazon say that they are working on the problem but may take months to resolve, meanwhile I can not use the headphones with the apps and that was a big part of why I bought the TV.
Great picture, horrible support from samsung, apps useless

Summary: Sadly, the apps do NOT work with this tv and I'm tired of calling Samsuck support and having them tell me it was released to sell before the "final update." Well, Amazon and Samsuck, your 'final update' is being returned. I'm tired of having to call all of the time to get support because the AP app randomly stopped working, or why the Amazon feed is so jerky (like it's seeking the internet connection and not pre-loading the show.
Summary: After debating for a while, my husband bought himself this tv. It arrived in good time and we were anxious to investigate all the features we had heard of. The first snag we hit was getting Netflix. After multiple runs through the manual and no progress we decided to contact Samsung support, spent more than 10 minutes on the phone with a rep and still no luck. When frustration set in, we took to Google!
