Summary: samsung smart tv - not so smart. in less than year, tv starts hanging in middle of watching - screen turns black, no response to remote control commands, only resort is to take power cord off the wall and re - plug in. Called samsung, got their vendor to take it repair but no improvement. so finally samsung declared it un-repairable and wanted to pay the depreciated value $ amount which is not good enough to buy another tv. i asked for replacement which was denied.
Summary: Nice but sound quality is poor. The 3D is great, the HD is great, but the sound is poor. Even turned up to 50-55% it is not loud and with no bass. Must have Sound bar to make the best of the TV.
Summary: Many issues, even Amazon didn't provide any support as it passed the 1month return policy. - with in 50 days part of the screen pixels died. called Amazon but didn't get any support as it has passed the 1month return policy. Then called samsung they replaced my screen. - with in another couple of months the screen died again, now the speakers also had issue. Called samsung and they replaced my screen and speakers.
Summary: I bought this almost two years ago, and never had any issues. Excellent picture quality. Sound quality is not great, as expected from thin LED TV speakers. I bought a Samsung sound bar for this, thus not an issue. The only complain I have is that there are only three HDMI inputs - one for PS3, one for Tivo cable box, and one for sound bar (with ARC). I could use one more HDMI. I like this product.
Summary: We have a 46 inch Samsung TV and got a new entertainment center and wanted a larger TV so bought the equivalent (we thought) of the 46 inch unit. I don't know if it's not as good because it's a warehouse deal but it consistently gets darker and then goes back to normal. There's an issue with the sound quality--sometimes it sounds tinny. The 46 inch is a much better TV--the picture is clearer and we never have a problem with sound or picture.
Summary: 40 days after the 1 year anniversary of this purchase of this TV, one of the pixels on the screen has turned into a continuous red dot. The warranty is now over and I'm screwed. It will probably only get worse from here. Update: I have e-mailed Samsung about this problem and will post their answer when I get it. Update: Lucky for me that when I went to Samsung.com to register my TV I was given a 3 month extension to my warranty.
Summary: I was a little worried about ordering a tv online but my son had this same TV only an older model and we got a great deal on the price so we went ahead and ordered it. We could not be happier with how soon we recieved it and how great the picture is. It almost feels like the characters on TV are right in the room with you. LOVE IT!
