TV stopped working in 3 months! A new non-reliable product?

Summary: It stopped working within 3 months! when I power on the tv, I hear a continuous tick, tick sound from the back and no pic display. Called Samsung customer service and it took 1.5weeks for them to showup and told that they need to order the parts, which may take another 2 weeks.
Summary: As other reviews have hit on, this TV set has a phenomenal picture, and makes any input source look spectacular, especially blu-ray. It's truly top of it's price class for picture quality. I won't go further into this as other reviews have already covered this topic. Now the bad.
