In our opinion Samsung products are not the best

Summary: In our opinion Samsung products are not the best, especially this TV. the Internet feature went out in the sixth month of owning it. The Samsung Customer Service personnel have to rate as the worst in the industry. enough said.
Summary: TV picture is fine, setup was easy. Integration with other devices like my Denon 1912 is somewhat confusing, as which remote controls which feature when is not always clear with the interaction between devices. Samsung is not entirely honest about what is a "smart" tv and their Samsung apps.
Summary: Title says it all. Picture quality is superb. Sound quality is intolerable. But the most disappointing is the not so Smart Hub. Video streaming frequently breaks up or loses connectivity. My cheap Roku or my Wii gaming system do much better with video streaming.
Summary: Bought this TV in a little over three months and I believe I have enough experience with it to review this item. This is the very first Samsung electronics I bought and I must say, I'm disappointed with it's quality and reliability.
Great picture, poor sound quality, buggy SmartTV portal

Summary: This TV has great picture quality, but is very expensive, has tinny sound quality, and has a half-baked connected TV platform ("SmartTV"). Note that this TV does NOT have wireless internet connection built it; you have to buy the separate adapter.
Summary: This TV has a stunning picture. Compared to the other TVs at the store, the Samsung's just stand out. And that's precisely why I got this TV. The sound quality is also pretty good on this set, even though I only tested it for a short period of time before connecting my surround sound system.
Summary: I have had this TV for about 3 weeks now and its been petty good in terms of image quality. Really good picture with a good pop. But I have had the two following issues so far: 1. While watching movies using the netflix app, the TV starts blinking.
Summary: Bought the TV from Worst Buy end of April. TV was great until one day it just shut itself off. The power supply or board is the problem. Called Samsung, told me I would be contacted by a tech in 48 hours. No call. Called them back. Approved for an exchange. Told it would happen in 5-7 business days.
Pros: Good picture, internet features...when it worked for the first 3 months.
Cons: Stopped working after three months. Samsung customer service is horrendous!
Summary: Pros: Great picture and features while it worked Cons: Broke after three months, power supply and/or control board, Customer Service Bought this tv near the end of April. It was great and I loved it. Then one day it just turned itself off. I contacted Samsung and described the problem.
