Samsung can do so much better. Slow response

Summary: Samsung can do so much better. Slow response, closed app availability, clunky "smart" interface. Just because it connects to the Internet doesn't mean it is smart. Would expect so much more from Samsung after seeing what their mobile phones and tablets can do.
Excerpt: Love this tv. The screen is great and I cannot get over how big it is every time I watch it. The only negative thing is the SMART tv features. I have tried to watch Netflix on here twice and have given up. It freezes up and you can't watch anything on there. I love the screen size so I will keep it.
