Summary: I bought the Samsung TV and the Backlight went out on it after a year. Just out of warranty and Samsung says "Sorry, nothing we can do". The part to repair the TV costs the same as buying a new one. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG TVs!

Summary: We were excited to order this TV online and have it delivered directly to our home. However, when we opened the box, we realized that the TV was damaged. How disappointing! Needless to say, we had to return the damaged product and now we will be shopping for another TV.
Summary: it is my second smart tv samsung , i already return first and i would return this one too for same reason - so stupid and slowly tv , while i watch netflix - i have to reset tv every 2-3 hrs because of frozen screen or no volume .
Summary: Samsung I have always been impressed when seeing the samsung Tv's in the stores. So, I was really looking forward to getting my first samsung. (Note: not my first flat screen. Have a 60"sharp and love it.) So finally get the Samsung. Setup was fairly easy. The base and screws needs work.
