Bug got behind screen and because it was a year old I need to pay to take to a tech to fix.
16 June 2014
Summary: I thought I liked this tv but because the vents are not sealed properly a bug crawled up behind the screen and died. Now all we see is the bug. I should have believed the others who posted that they had this same problem. Samsung is NO help because it's not under warranty.
Summary: I BOUGHT A TV FROM THEM IN 2013 AND A MONTH LATER THE TV I BOUGHT HAS MALFUNCTIONS. IT SHUTS ON AND OFF AND THE MOTHERBOARD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE TO PAY ALMOST 500 FOR LABOR AND REPAIRS. IF YOUR GOING TO BUY FROM THIS PERSON/COMPANY DONT BUY ELECTRONICS! HORRIABLE!
Summary: The picture is very nice and I like most of the features. Have not quite figured out how to delete unwanted channels. The sound is ok overall but there are a few stations that I have not been able to adjust the soud to my satisfaction. Am considering getting external speaker bar or some other type of external speaker system. Overall I am satisfied with the tv.
Summary: I have not one bad word to say about this TV. Not only is it stylish but it looks sleek. People, in reviews, complained about how hard the remote control was to work. I found it extremely easy and fun to use. Picture looks the same from an angle or looking straight on. I'm now having a torid love affair with my new Samsung TV.
