Summary: I BOUGHT A TV FROM THEM IN 2013 AND A MONTH LATER THE TV I BOUGHT HAS MALFUNCTIONS. IT SHUTS ON AND OFF AND THE MOTHERBOARD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE TO PAY ALMOST 500 FOR LABOR AND REPAIRS. IF YOUR GOING TO BUY FROM THIS PERSON/COMPANY DONT BUY ELECTRONICS! HORRIABLE!
Summary: The picture is very nice and I like most of the features. Have not quite figured out how to delete unwanted channels. The sound is ok overall but there are a few stations that I have not been able to adjust the soud to my satisfaction.
Summary: We bought this TV just after the New Year. Loved the idea of it but unfortunately the wireless internet did not work. After literally hours on the phone troubleshooting with Samsung, At&T, etc. it was determined that there was a problem with the wireless card.
Summary: I bought this tv for our Christmas house gift. It is the best. I love the size, the look and overall appearance. It was so easy to set up myself. I connected to my wi-fi, wii, dvd and dvr with no problems. It's so easy using that big screen. It has so many cool apps and features.
Summary: I have nothing but praise for the efficiency of the seller/shipper. My hope was to connect this to my laptop as I did my previous Samsung. But have had no lucky doing so. Samsung, after 3 calls to support, have been of no help. I like the size of this TV.
Bug got behind screen and because it was a year old I need to pay to take to a tech to fix.

Summary: I thought I liked this tv but because the vents are not sealed properly a bug crawled up behind the screen and died. Now all we see is the bug. I should have believed the others who posted that they had this same problem. Samsung is NO help because it's not under warranty.
