Summary: So I purchased this TV because of the reviews and checking it out at a brick and mortar store located a town away. The picture and the sound are great; but one of the important features we were looking for was the built in apps. I have had to reset the tv numerous times to factory settings to get the Netflix, Pandora, and Amazon apps to work. It goes for a few days, and then things just go south.
Summary: This tv would not connect to our wifi...called samsung support & had no support at all...they send email with incorrect solution...Went to live chat & got cut off...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED :( If you are not tech savvy this is not the tv for you.
Summary: I expected from Samsung better quality. I was wrong. This model was my second. Before I bought from US 6350 I had to return to store - it broke down in just three weeks while watching NETFLIX. This Canadian version has the same problem. Four times it disconnects from the internet forcing restart TV. This never happen with my older other brand TV. Also I found difficulty in setting right colours.
