Bought this television somewhere else. Only had this LED ...

Summary: Bought this television somewhere else. Only had this LED television for about 3 years. The whole screen now has light lines/haze on it. Samsung basically told us you are out of luck. For what we paid for it, it should last at least 10 years. No more Samsung products for me.
Summary: We purchased our TV, this model, at Best Buy on 1/30/13 and, for one year great. Then on 5/5/14, about 15 months, we had a condition where the picture would flicker and the sound went low, intermittently. At the time of purchase we bought the extended warranty, a SMART decision.
Summary: About 2-5 minutes after turning on the TV, the sound will start to cut out, until it goes out completely. Then the picture will start cutting out, until it also goes out completely, and then it loses the cable connection entirely.
Summary: This HDTV is of unacceptable quality for two major issues that I consider to be deal-breakers. The first major issue of this TV is the auto-dim feature. I have been unable to disable this feature on my TV.
Summary: Within five months after purchase, the TV had multiple screen freezes, color darkening, and a screen black-out. The entire panel module was replaced once by Samsung's technician but the same screen freeze problems reoccurred within just few hours of usage.
