Summary: I checked very carefully before I bought this samsung tv and I am very satisfied.I also own a 55 inch samsung which gives a very good picture. As with anything the wi-fi is difficult to use, which is a common complaint. However I have three computers and did not buy this tv for wi-fi use I found the support samsung gives is very good in answering my questions.
Summary: I replaced a smaller screen Samsung TV, which I had for many years of perfect service, with a larger screen model. I would not have done it if I hadn't learned how much the prices of large screen TV's had declined. So far the TV is working to my great satisfaction and I am enjoying it immensely.
Summary: Samsung UN40EH5050 40" 1080p HD LED LCD Televisions are ok. Good quality in television . I like this product and will recommend to my friend to buy this product. I think this product is more better than another product from other company. Samsung UN40EH5050 40" 1080p HD LED LCD Television is one of top ten compare to others. And I could not buy I for a 10 years ago because it is too expensive.
Summary: It is too early to give it 5 stars. It does what is suppose to do so I am happy plus it saves energy so having the tv on at random times is ok. I like it. Sound is ok I am not a sound person so at very low levels it sounds just right for me.
Summary: We got this tv at Costco too, and got a spectacular price. Originally had bought it but luckily saw that there are different makers of the screen per other amazon reviews, and our original was made by Sharp. The next day we took back the unopened box and were super lucky to find ONE that was made by Samsung (TSO3?). We made sure that the version code on the actual tv matched the one on the box.
I am pleased with the purchase and the television.

Summary: I had seen this particular Samsung model at Thanksgiving in a store, marked down substantially, and did not buy it. But I liked the size and the picture quality and kept it in mind. This television was just what we needed and size-wise it is ideal for us. 46" would have been too big for our space. I considered a Smart TV, but decided on a separate unit, when we want to view internet content on tv. The brightness and backlit adjustments work well.
Summary: I purchased one of these for my dad a year ago and it works great and has a nice picture. The ES series has a thinner screen and much better quality picture, but you are also paying a lot more.
Summary: I should start by saying I'm NOT technically savvy AT ALL. So my neighbor had to help me set it up. I could NEVER, NEVER have set it up myself. Since I get only the cheapest cable subscription, hundreds of stations that were showing that "you cannot get this station" notice had to be individually "deleted," what a pain. I think they all advertise "what a fabulous picture," but what they don't tell you is that many (most) programs aren't in HD!
