Great but No Amazon Prime Video
Jeanne Goulet, Amazon

Summary: This is our bedroom tv. Downstairs in the family room, we have a Panasonic which supports the Amazon Prime Video App. Many Samsung LED's can also download this app. For some reason, this particular model is NOT a compatible device for Amazon, which stinks because I watch a lot of videos from the Prime Video. Other than that, great tv!
Summary: Cant beat Samsung LED in picture quality. Excellent TV overall. Dont expect TV browser to work any close to what your laptop or desktop computer does. Its far far slower then any computer, too frustrating for me. Using the remote to type is also very frustrating and I think If you are trying to do things faster and you spend another 100 dollars on the qwerty remote you will still be frustrated as after typing fast you will still be waiting for a long time for the TV...
Summary: Excellent Picture Quality!! This TV arrived as promised and was easy to set up. The "SmartTV" functions enabled us to be up and running in no time. The biggest pro for this TV has to be the bright, clear, crisp picture. This TV was purchased for our bedroom where previously we watched very little TV. We have a larger Mitsubishi HDTV in the living room that usually took up most of our TV viewing time.
Summary: Great TV. Picture quality comparable to Plasma. Thin screen and thin borders allow larger picture area to fit in to my limited space. Have just begun to use Smart TV features which, unfortunately, require additional wifi receiver and QWERTY remote control.
"Great TV, but too many "Smart Hub" bugs to get 5 stars."

Pros: Great picture, no problems after owning it for 4 months.
Cons: 1. Can't shut off TV display screen when using a Samsung approved vTuner app to stream radio. 2. AP News ticker banner app often locks up. 3. Navigating Smart Hub features nearly impossible without the free iPad2 "Samsung Remote" app.
Summary: First, a few pros and cons, to get them out of the way. Pros: - Color management and extensive calibration controls. - IPS panel. - Web streaming. - Nice design. Cons: - Severe and irregular backlight bleeding. This might not be too visible in a bright environment. In a dim environment (my case), I managed to bring it down to an acceptable level by dimming the backlight. - Buttons on the remote are flush, which makes it hard to figure them out by touch. Really annoying.
Summary: We are very pleased with this purchase. I wish it had a zoom for non-HD Programs. The picture is excellant and sound is good. The only suggestion is go to a retail store and make sure the vewing angle will be wide enough for your needs. The vewing angle is not near as wide as a Panasonic. That being said, I would recommend this TV, and dealing with Amazon.
Summary: The Samsung AUN40D6300 LED HDTV is great. Within 10 minutes out of the box I was viewing a picture that was excellent. This represents my third Samsung TV, quality is great. The sound could be better, guess they want to sell a sound system.
