Summary: Not really sure what happened here as the tv just lost it's picture and retained audio but after ruling out the cable box and the realization that even the remote control not allowing me to the tv menu there is something wrong.
Pros: Has a very nice HD picture, easy to setup, wide viewing angle, bought at a great price in Dec 2010 $999.00
Cons: - Lack of Internet features - Picture went out after 8 months
Summary: Wow! I had a 42 inch Vizio for 8 months and it died. I could not get any warranty help at all. Now that I bought this TV I realize that with the Vizio I was not getting a good picture at all. This TV is the best I have ever owned. It is almost like having a 3 D the color is wonderful.
Summary: Very fine HDTV, the colors are brilliant and picture is very sharp. I replaced my DLP tv with this one. Because it is only 1.25 in deep, It fits much nicer on the tv stand. Other reviews were critical about the sound, but I think it sounds fine.
Summary: Hands down the best TV I have ever used/owned.
Pros: The image when used with my hi-def devices was absolutely seamless compared to my previous 1080p tv. Watching Despicable Me in HD on the 360 was almost a little scary as the detail was better than anything me or my friends had seen in theater. No visible artifacts whatsoever, no awkward streaking...
Cons: The only cons I can think of are minor annoyances; the "buttons" on the face of the TV are almost impossible to see/use (small, dull paint that's heat sensitive) so if you lose your remote it gets annoying quick. While most of the cable ports are conveniently located on the left side of the frame...
Summary: I have my computer, surround sound, and PS3 all running to this TV with HDMI cables. I used cheap cables that I found on Newegg for each device, and all seem to work fine except for the PS3. Gaming wasn't an issue but I got a tad bit of interference when watching Blu Rays.
Pros: Great T.V. Awesome picture. Lots of extras. Definitely worth the money. I had looked at several other LED TV's just like this one for 300 to 500 dollars more that didn't have the picture quality that this TV offers!
