Summary: We originally bought this along with a Samsung BlueRay DVD player, but returned the BD player because the HDMI signal kept dropping out. We replaced the BD play with a Sony model. Guess what: problem stayed with us! So I checked the Samsung website.
Summary: This is a great TV for apartments and small rooms. I have had Samsung TVs in the past and liked them. Keep in mind that you don't get any fancy features or mind blowing picture quality. I got it on sale for $329.99.
A big disappointment and I will not be buying another Samsung TV ...

Summary: A big disappointment and I will not be buying another Samsung TV because of this unit that died after only 1 year of light use (1 month beyond warranty). Besides premature failure just beyond its warranty, other negatives about this TV became obvious after my purchase of this unit that others might...
Summary: Just want to save some time for beginning to moderate gamer and one who wants a TV for bed room and watches action movies. I bought this from Kohl's during thanksgiving and got in $299+tax. I searched a lot for tvs which is good for gaming and action movies and finally bought this.
Summary: It is important to note that based on my past experience with Samsung their after sale customer service is horrific. Most Samsung products I have own do not tend to last very long compared to other brands. As such they will do or say just about anything to prevent a warranty claim.
Pros: The TV, picture, and sound quality are above average In this price range. Build quality and aesthetics are also quite nice. The ability to play DivX, quicktime, .mkv and many other formatted movies though the USB port remains the top selling point of this TV for me.
Cons: The HDMI, USB, and RCA jacks are sitting flat against the back of the center of the TV. Make sure to see the pics of the back of the TV if you plan to mount it because the mount will likely be in the way with the cables plugged in.
Summary: Bought this television in early 2013, 11 months later the screen went black. Call Samsung, they tell me to reset the TV on the lower right. Push the button, TV resets, we're back in business. Two months later (and now out of warranty), TV goes black again, hit the reset button...nothing.
Summary: Bought this to replace a 2008 Panasonic 42 (720p) in my living room. There was nothing wrong with the Pani, I just figured I would use that for a new exercise room in my basement and I would buy this new Samsung, with the great reviews, and the 1080p, for the living room.
Summary: I purchased this TV a month ago. Great image, hooked up nicely to my XBOX 360 and I've really enjoyed it. This morning I turned it on when I woke up, walked out of the room and came back to a black screen. After unplugging it, adjusting the HDMI cord and turning it off and on, it's dead.
Great brand of TV, good size, lots of features, but, they skimped a tad on the price to features ratio

Summary: Pretty good TV. It is LED, 1080p, HDMI and Optical ready, nice boarder (very small-which is what really separates the junk TVs from the quality TVs), and is a really decent size that is PERFECT for the bedroom, guest room, garage, or anything else like that.
