Summary: I purchased this TV after dissatisfaction with the entry level Sony KDL60R510A which was a great deal but had poor color, I guess you get what you pay for. This is my first Samsung TV and replaced my 42 inch Panasonic plasma. The picture quality and colors out of the box are phenomenal!
Summary: I'll keep this short. The picture is stunning. The smart TV functions are useless. It angers me because Samsung is supposed to be one of the best brands. I think they have fallen off. Buy yourself a FireTV, you'll want to throw the whole TV out after fussing with the smart functions for a few days.
Great LED TV, not a Smart TV due to buggy software

Summary: The picture quality is great but the operating software and the apps are extremely buggy for a smart TV. For example TV Guide is slow and buggy, Hulu Plus crashes, HBO Go has audio issues with ARC, the ARC connection to the home theater is unreliable, and more.
Summary: I've had high hopes for that TV, but the menus are extremely slow, you can barely use them somethings. So the whole SMART thing is out of the window ... On top of that, you can't even sync it with Mac Books ... I'm done with Samsung, 'cause I'm not that happy about their Note 4 either.
Summary: New TV out of the box only worked 15 minutes, then no display. Samsung service was quick, but brand new TV was still down for several days. Picture is good, but the smart functions don't work well. Trying to watch 3D from apps continually drops out of apps.
the problem with this TV is that the Software sucks. all major apps like Netflix

Summary: TV the hardware components are 5Stars. the problem with this TV is that the Software sucks. all major apps like Netflix, Hulu, doesnt work well. it will crash all the time. and sometimes i have to unplug the TV to fix the problem.
Summary: Although the picture is quite vibrant and bright and the 3D is fairly neat, I was very disappointed in the refresh rate. With this particular TV, there isn't any difference in the pixelation when watching football games; which is the only reason I bought a new TV, to upgrade from 120mHz to 240mHz.
SOOOO Much potential, but trouble with Software / Firmware

Summary: UPDATE - So, after a few weeks of having this TV, unfortunately I'm having to return. I still really like the TV, it just keeps switching inputs randomly and / or the apps keep crashing, I honestly can't quite tell which one.
