Summary: all i can say is i waited for this tv to come in...and it does not disappoint.....the picture is amazing...the quality, and features are so extensive..i can't wait to get more involved...i will be buying more of this model...actually very competitive price point as well
Summary: I have had this for about 5 months and I still can not believe how it changes my world view. I did not get it because it was 3D, I did not expect the 3D to be realistic. My expectations were overwhelmed.
Cons: 3d glasses weren't in box. Called samsung next day. And they processed it that day. Samsung took there time getting those 3d glasses to me. Bought the item on the 23rd of Feb. and it's almost a month and still no 3d glasses. Really!
Summary: I think Samsung has the best displays out there. The factory settings are very dramatic, almost life like. Many users dial these back to look more like a traditional image, but the movie "Hugo" was just incredibly rendered.
Pros: Incredible picture. Best price I could find and the delivery arrived 5 days early. The box was pristine when it arrived.
Summary: The remote is a keyboard too, it's nice but I don't know if I'll use it.
Pros: At 1st I had conserns about the delivery, and buying such an expensive TV online. But delivery was 3 days earlier than quoted and tv was shown to me before delivery driver left. Great Price and great picture. Fine tuning your tv settings helps out alot. The Clear Motion Rate 960 on this TV is great.
Cons: Invest in some good hdmi cables if you want a good 3D picture. Only one componant input. The 3D glasses were not in the box had to call samsung. But samsung was very cooperative and had the glasses in the mail in less than a day.
Summary: I had the 60" D8000 for about a month and 1/2. There has been no problem so far. I mounted it on the living room wall with a fully adjustable bracket. I can literally have this TV positioned 2 feet from the wall, and 15 degrees down facing me, which makes it look like it's a 70"!!

Summary: I have to say I hesitated spending this much money on a TV, but once it arrived and I plugged it in I was hooked. The clarity of this picture is so real that it almost feels intrusive watching the characters on the screen. It is like looking through a window into another room. The 3D is amazing.
