Summary: I bought this to replace a 40" Sony as I wanted a bigger screen, but thought it would be hard to beat the picture quality. I was wrong, this is superb and I haven't yet seen anything in 4k. Yes, there are faults eg on a totally black screen you get a light edge around it but that's not a real problem, the sound is a bit tinny, but I can use surround sound, the wifi set up was problematic (recognised my wifi but would only connect to my neighbour!
Pros: fantastic picture , elegantly simple style
Cons: set up problems , sound a bit tinny , smart tv issues
Summary: I've just purchased the 55" version of this screen and purchased from a popular British high street a/v specialist store. However, having played around with it and watched several Blurays over the past week, I feel fairly confident it giving this TV a solid 5 stars. First up, the aesthetics of the design are simply perfect. Minimal but sophisticated. Nothing too fancy to distract, but enough shine to give a solid, classy look. Connection points are totally covered.
Unreliable electronics and absolute worst customer service...Would not make this mistake again.

Summary: We own a property rental company London and used to buy mostly Samsung products, customer loyalty and all that, however this year we had the worst customer service of any manufacturer from Samsung. It has taken from May until December to get a television back/fixed...Oh and this was their top of the range TV when bought. The icing on the cake was the +£750 bill plus inconvenience for a television that had hardly ever been used and was 2 days out of warranty.
Summary: You see it in the store and wonder if it will perform as well at home. Don't worry all the DVDs and USB Video Packs are crystal clear, the SD offering is excellent and the HD transmissions are stunning. A sales assistant in Curry's told me "you must realise you may not get quite the same quality picture at home" what she failed to say was, but the picture will still blow you away!
Summary: Have TV around 30 days. Awesome, amazing clarity, great sound. 3D is fantastic. BUT Have had 2 faults, one minor one major. First, Youtube/apps etc kept crashing (processor under powered I felt). Rang Samsung, they dialled in, did stuff. Fixed it. This week, speakers lost all power. Sounded tinny, no bass. Rang Samsung, they are on the way out (after Christmas) with a new processor and speakers, to fit to TV in my living room?! Very disappointed.
Summary: Bought this 2 weeks ago, picture quality is excellent and so far really pleased. Slightly overwhelming to the sheer size of the choices available but having spent an afternoon searching around we're far more clued up and there are a lot of apps that are pretty useless to us. - now need to get separate items such as hard drive which is as standard but still a pain and we would definitely recommend using separate speakers (as is the norm with these TV's) as the sound...
Summary: There are a bewildering number of TV's out there to choose from. Even if you'd narrowed your choice of manufacturer down to Samsung, there's still a huge range. Hopefully my review may help you decide if this is the TV for you... First off, the picture quality is absolutely stunning. SD isn't too bad considering you're stretching 500-odd lines across such a large area.
Summary: After reading various glowing reviews of this tv set, including Stuff saying 'the best tv in the world right now' I saw it was under £2000 and thought, why not? I already have a 4K ready Sony BDV N7100W - another incredible piece of tech kit - and together they are literally stunning. The reviews are right in that SD is very good but it is pixlated. HD is awesome and I have yet to watch anything in 4K but I have NETFLIX and the TV does support 4K content from it.
Pros: picture quality hd and sd , cool smart remote , smart tv content , 3d picture is wicked , beautiful design , 55" is perfect size
