Summary: I have gotten so many compliments on the clarity of the picture! Love this tv although the sound quality is not that great especially when using the apps. But I have an apple tv and surround sound so the sound quality is not a deal breaker.
Summary: When I first got it, I thought it was normal that it went extremely slowly and lagged because it was a "smart TV." Almost a year later, barely using any of the smart functions because of the time it takes to load, I used my friends Smart TV.
Summary: I am disappointed in Samsung. The Web browser was poor/slow, the 3D is a waste, the picture distorts/ffreezes at times (when my other tvs do not freeze), needed to use a separate sound system, and still have a sound system connectivity open issue with Samsung hot line support.
Summary: There should be a class on how to use this TV! For now it is smarter than we are. We do like the features we've been able to figure out, such as writing the channel number faith your finger or a direct jump to it.
Summary: I have owned this TV for 10 months and I am very happy with it. I have had no problems with reliability or quality so far. The picture is very high quality but may require some initial tuning to get it right.
Summary: I have been buying all my stuffs on amazon, samsung has an extremely terrible customer service. I bought this TV and by the time i opened it, i saw a crack inside the TV and could not use it for 1min as the screen did not respond.
