Smart TV? Not this device. Buy a dumb TV and get a RoKu.

Summary: The user interface on this shows no imagination and is totally eclipsed by my RoKu box. When spending this much on a Smart TV, I would actually like it to be smart. This device fails that test.
Summary: The TV has the best design, features and picture quality of anything in its price range, but unfortunately isn't reliable at all. Problems started early on with the unit refusing to connect to my in-home wifi network, SmartHub refusing to launch, and an occasional freeze. Now, several months after purchase, the TV freezes within 30 seconds of launch, displaying vertical colored lines on a black screen, and then reboots. The cycle than repeats perpetually.
Excerpt: I have just done the installation & I am not sure what has happened to this TV? The image suddenly converts in to Vertical stripes (As in image) & then TV shuts down automatically & then starts again? Serious concern for a TV for which I have paid a premium price?????
Summary: The Picture Quality is great but I can't say anything great about this set other than that. Before I get into it, I'm not here to bash Samsung or steer anyone away from this set or Samsung. I like Samsung and I think they have a great Picture to their sets but this TV was without a doubt bad. Horrible flashlighting, V-Shaped Light Bleed above logo, and bad motion resolution.
Summary: This set was awesome for two weeks, then it started cycling off and on ,test patterns and funky colors. Samsung was pleased to tell me it's under warranty(duh). I am now waiting for a new replacement panel no idea how long. I find it extremely irratating to have spent this amount of money on a defective set. I will update the review after new panle has been installed.
Summary: It seems to me that additional features is one of the key points. But the additional feature has nothing that stands out. For instance, skype is a great feature but when will you ever use it at home? The jobs can all be done through connection to pc or smartphone. I work full-time and when i get home i just want to watch my tv program and go to sleep.
