Summary: This is my first LED TV and I am disappointed. I replaced a plasma and am thinking of going back. I like the brightness and the little use of power but the picture is subpar. If you are watching anything that has movement, especially people, the picture will blur and then go clear. A close up of a person you will see them blur and go clear with any movement. It will drive you crazy. I hope this will be addressed with LED's in the future.
Summary: It looks really nice until anything on the screen moves and the TV becomes pixelated. I'm very disappointed and was 240hz was unnoticeable by the naked eye, that must be false. And the HDMI's cables... The plugs are in the back making it next to impossible to mount on a wall. I have ordered some 90 degree converters but I am still pretty unhappy!
Summary: I bought this set (55") based on good reviews and an impressive picture in the store. I was only interested in picture quality and a slim profile. The smart tv aspect of this model was very clunky and painfully slow, kind of like the old dialup days, but that was no big deal since i use a ps3 for online things like netflix. I thought the picture quality in general was good, but not as good as my five year old sony xbr lcd tv.
Summary: I tried for hours to get my picture to look as good as my old tv and couldnt. The back light kept dimming when there was a dark scene on the screen. I found movie mode solved that, but then all the colors looked washed out. I got sick of messing with it and returned it to Best Buy. Cons: - picture adjustments impossible to get right - blueish color to the picture never went away - Samsung can only "remotely administer" the TV between 9-6 Eastern time.
Good Price, Nice Size, Great Picture - But Very Poor Reliability

Summary: Based on price, size, and picture quality, this should be a great TV. However, Samsung is apparently suffering from some significant quality control problems in its manufacturing, and potential buyers of this TV, and others in the Samsung lineup, should be very wary. If I had known six weeks ago what I know today, I would not have purchased a Samsung television.
