I am speechless with joy. For less than $700 dollars

Summary: I am speechless with joy. For less than $700 dollars,.. I got a 50 inch smart TV that browses the web, has apps, is voice, and gesture controlled,.. alarms me, syncs with other devices on my WiFi network,..plus many many may more features including 3D,.. is less the 2" thick,.. Awesome The remote has a mouse-pad,.. plus you can connect you blue tooth mouse and keyboard. Awesome.
Summary: Highly overrated. The Smart features are lousy, the brightness of the picture changes erratically, and the 3D is not very good at all. One new feature is that the TV locks up after watching video through Netflix or Vudu or YouTube and I have to power off the TV to get back any of these services. This unit is best used for its cable TV only. I'll switch back to using my BluRay player for the smart services. Do a little more research before buying this TV.
Summary: Fine picture quality, though the pixel shimmer and motion blur could be better, but I blame that mostly on the panel I got. Apparently no 50" uses one of the good panels. Anyway, this is a good television for the price. The smart functions are easy to use, there are plenty of setup and configuration options, and the image processing features seem interesting.
Summary: So I purchased this item last month, at first it looks good, 50" and fits my living room perfectly. Great picture and the 3D feature is amazing, I liked it a lot. But only after a month of using it, this morning I found that there are two bright stripes, one white and horizontal, the other green and vertical, right in the middle of my screen when I turned the tv on. I didn't hit it with anything, it just happened out of the blue.
Summary: This is my first Samsung TV and it is wonderful picture quality, functionality are amazing. Smart functionality is a plus, Facebook, Netflix, Pandora... you name it is right there. One thing you need to pay attention do not install facing a window you will have issue with glare that's the only con I have. It is great.
Summary: The picture on the Samsung is the best in this price range in my experience. Set up was easy, Amazon included 30 days of tech help but it was not needed. I purchased this with the Samsung HW-F450 Soundbar. The only thing that keeps this from a five star rating is the poor synchronization between the remote controls and components. I purposely bought all Samsung components to avoid these issues. Overall, just a minor annoyance.
Summary: This is a Great Samsung TV. I bought it to replace an old LG 37 inch TV that I had for 17 years in my bedroom. The picture is very crisp an clear. You will need a screwdriver if you are going to use the stand that comes with it.
Pros: It is a fairly lightweight set for it's size at 50 inches.
Cons: It would be easier to lift this and larger sets if the Manufacture would install some carrying handles or something that is just for lifting it. Your not supposed to put any pressure on the screen or you risk cracking it.
