This is the best picture I have every seen
2 weeks ago
Summary: This is the best picture I have every seen, every body in my family is jealous, when I pulled it out of the box it did everything automatically like hooking up to my cable box and to my wifi, the only thing is since I have had it for a while I would have not gotten the 3D TV but would have gotten the 60 inch model instead of the 50 that I got , the 3D works well but there is not enough 3D movies or channels so I don't use that much but other then that it I would recommend...
Summary: I have used this TV for one year. The screen is good. Very clear and bright image. But the reason I gave 2 star is because the remote. The remote literally broke after several week after I adjust the touch sensitivity. It took the remote several weeks to get the original response speed after I changed the setting back to original. And after three - four month the touch pad just refused to work at all. Magically, two month later, it responded again.

Summary: Great TV. I initially had problems with the remote eating batteries, but it turns out I had a defective remote. Samsung took care of me though and sent me a new one. I don't really use the 3d though and I wish manufacturers would quite trying to push it on people. The smart features work very well, and I like that you can select the video sorce that defaults as the TV source.
Summary: I really wanted to like this Samsung TV, but it is mediocre at best for following reasons: - "SMART" features are some what laggy / buggy - Picture is "good enough", but I prefer hands down my 7 year old Panasonic Plasma in my basement - Internet Browser is pretty terrible - Less than 1 year after purchase, today I turned it on and while the back light came on there is no picture.

Summary: BEAUTIFUL PICTURE- GREAT APPS- ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT DROPS MY INTERNET CONNECTION MUCH TOO OFTEN, MY LAP TO DOESN'T HAVE THE PROBLEM AS MY INTERNET ALMOST NEVER GOES DOWN. IT IS BOTHERSOME AS IT HAPPENS SEVERAL TIMES A NIGHT. I HAVE NOT COMPLAINED OR TRIED TO FIX IT. WITH PROBABLY DO SO.

Summary: I am speechless with joy. For less than $700 dollars,.. I got a 50 inch smart TV that browses the web, has apps, is voice, and gesture controlled,.. alarms me, syncs with other devices on my WiFi network,..plus many many may more features including 3D,.. is less the 2" thick,.. Awesome The remote has a mouse-pad,.. plus you can connect you blue tooth mouse and keyboard. Awesome.
Summary: Highly overrated. The Smart features are lousy, the brightness of the picture changes erratically, and the 3D is not very good at all. One new feature is that the TV locks up after watching video through Netflix or Vudu or YouTube and I have to power off the TV to get back any of these services. This unit is best used for its cable TV only. I'll switch back to using my BluRay player for the smart services. Do a little more research before buying this TV.
Summary: Fine picture quality, though the pixel shimmer and motion blur could be better, but I blame that mostly on the panel I got. Apparently no 50" uses one of the good panels. Anyway, this is a good television for the price. The smart functions are easy to use, there are plenty of setup and configuration options, and the image processing features seem interesting.
Summary: So I purchased this item last month, at first it looks good, 50" and fits my living room perfectly. Great picture and the 3D feature is amazing, I liked it a lot. But only after a month of using it, this morning I found that there are two bright stripes, one white and horizontal, the other green and vertical, right in the middle of my screen when I turned the tv on. I didn't hit it with anything, it just happened out of the blue.
