Good overall but poor SmartTV

Excerpt: Overall the quality is good. Looks stunning in the room. Good Picture. However the biggest disappointment is SmartTV features:
- Web Browser very slow, impossible to really use, not user friendly at all. Also crashes quite often and runs out of memory
- DLNA support: no ability to select how you want to see your content, only grid option is supported.
Summary: The speaker sound quality is poor and much worse than my old cheaper Toshiba TV. I have to consider adding external speakers, but all Samsung TVs have "fixed audio outputs", i.e. they output a constant power, and the volume can not be controlled by the TV or its remote control! Avoid this TV if sound is very important to you.
