High quality when it works but unreliable product and very frustrating user experience

Summary: When it works it is great but we have had so many problems. I would not choose to buy another samsung tv. I was on hold to samsung help unit for the 3rd time in 3 months this evening when they put me through to remote support.
Summary: So far nothing I do to this TV will make the picture good. It always looks milky or that every thing I see was shot in a fog. I am having a teck come see if it is defective. So far it is not as good as the LG I had before.
Summary: I recently purchased the UN55H7150 after doing a ton of research. It came down to this and the LG55LB7100. Both TV's were rated very well by consumer reports so I went with the Samsung, only because I got a better deal on it. After getting it home and setting it up all was well.

Summary: After my experience with Samsung customer service I will never buy another Samsung TV. After 6 months and still under warranty, my UN65H7150 65-Inch developed dead pixels - 8 or more by my count - which is supposed to be enough to warrant repair/replacement.
Summary: Got it delivered and set up by CEVA white glove service (who were 3 hours late). The unite turn on alright so I'd assume it was good to go. After they left I set up the unit (WIFI, language, and auto update, etc.) It scanned my local antenna channels and was up and running.
Summary: I can not believe how much this television is bad I can not play Xbox or PlayStation more than an hour effect headache and a red eye. TV will sell and buy another model. I'm frustrated for the first time from the Samsung product.
