Poor quality product and terrible customer service - issue resolved

Summary: Experiencing the same issues as mentioned by several reviewers on this and other sites. Had problems from day one. Connected to a sophisticated a/v system and TV almost always locks up when switching between Fios and other modes Biggest problem, however, is TV continually reboots itself and the issue gets worse over time - now to the point of every few seconds. Called customer service and they were no help at all.
Cons: Was sent 8 identical screws for the stand yet the the directions show two types. Mounting back plate can not be connected to the stand as the screws do not fit. I will update the review once I can actually get the thing on the stand.
Summary: Everything started off great. We loved the TV, the picture was great, and running netflix without the xbox was nice. I've had this TV since March and all of a sudden it will start to power off. We have had the TV for about 5 months at this point and shouldn't be having this poblem. I contacted their support and did the usual troubleshooting. Reset the TV, changed some settings, checked for updates. All of which I did before but just did it to go through the process.
Summary: I wrote a review for the Evolution Kit and my horrible experience that followed after trying to install it. I'll just cut and paste from that review: EDIT 6\6\2013 So.....after having this device for a few days I came to discover that my TV wouldn't turn on. Press the power button and I hear a click come from the TV (normal) but then you hear another click right away and the TV remains off.

1500 dollar tv that has had 6 issues in 1 week, piece of junk
27 March 2013
Summary: Since day 1 I have had nothing but problems with this tv , it has alot of advanced features but I think they went to far , it shuts off whenever it wants , then it wont shut off, the picture is awesome when its not acting up, but I have some kind of problem with this tv everyday , wish I never bought it , I am a technical engineer and I know how this tv works , my last comment it pulled this on us last night , it shut off then on , off on off on kept going for 10 minutes...
Summary: How come one can't rate ZERO stars? Seems with the Amazon nannies you get a star just for showing up. I guess their margin is the same regardless ... I digress. After only a few months, it's failed catastrophically: All it does is "click-click" every several seconds (power relay to the display and/or the LED array). No picture whatsoever. It's but a giant, expensive paperweight.
Summary: Very faulty. It began to turn off and on within three weeks of delivery. Samsung sent a third party repair shop to my home after a few days but then it starts all over again a few days later. They have replaced the part two times and now it has broken a third time but this time there is an added bonus of lines down the screen. Samsung will not replace the TV. Their plan is clearly to stretch it out until the warranty rolls off.
