Summary: Fantastic tv, love everything about it. Packed with features and picture is great. My only complain is that the browser is too slow and it would be great if the back of the remote is a keyboard.
Summary: I purchased this TV not than a 8 months ago and have had nothing but troubles. I've had multiple technicians to my home to review and repair the set. The panel on the set was replace about 6 mos ago. Presently, I have several issues with the TV and Samsung says that all of the following are within specifications: 1. Any text and images on the TV will bounce. The problem is intermittent but happens at least 75% of the time 2.
Summary: This TV is Wi-FI, wireless, has a web browser, is 3D, has a lot of HDMI plugs and a USB slot. It has a great picture and is very adjustable to whatever you need it to do. Is it going to replace your computer for web browsing? No but it is a great smart TV. Only thing lacking is a Smart Remote with a touch pad. Great Job Amazon Warehouse.
Summary: Beautiful screen, smart TV works excellent, speakers in the TV produce really good sound. The only issue that I have is that sometimes the automatic dimmer sometimes makes the screen brighten up and darken. Also have seen background lighting showing on the screen at night.
Summary: I have had a lot of issues getting the smarthub to work. Samsung marketed the TV as being Netflix ready and working with an onboard netflix app. After two months of use, there was a firmware update that locked me out of the netflix app. I have been jacked around with the Samsung customer support staff for about 3 months now as they blame everyone from my ISP, to netflix.
Summary: I might not know the real answer but the box was opened when I received the product via ups. All the accessories were jumbled and the tv stand must of knocked off the 75 ohm tv connector nipple. To make it worse, the remote control was missing. Someone actually opened the plastic bag and took it out as you see where the hole occured. I was so irate I didn't even plug it in to test it.
