  • Excerpt: THis is one smart tv high priced which would support or have a You tube app.. which would be any ones basic expectation. Iam really disappointed by this see this after powering up my new tv today.

The SmartTV function was what sold me on purchasing this TV. After about 6 months of owning this TV I began to question my decision.

  • Excerpt: This is by far the worst TV I have ever owned. What is the point of a web browser without a flash player? If you want to stream videos in the web browser this TV cannot do it!!!!! The apps also randomly load regardless of what you are watching. The speakers cannot go any higher than 20 without buzzing. Also needs better app selection. The web browser is not very user friendly. Would be better with a keyboard remote.

Faulty item & awful customer service from Amazon

  • Summary: The television I received was faulty. It would work for a while but then vertical lines would appear and the television would reset. I checked all of the connections, even only connecting one thing at a time, but the television was obviously faulty. I returned it to Amazon for a replacement. They issued me with a refund without any other communication.
