Summary: Spent about an hour on the Samsung website trying to get help wasted about an hour of my life seems they are more interested in a fancy smancy heavy graphics website trying to impress website critics than helping someone who just bought their products and is seeking basic help.
Pros: Bought this TV from walmutts thank the man above we did not have it shipped, set it up had some questions on settings and setting up a DVD player found out the only manual it has is a electronic manual, boxed up the TV returned to walmutts for a refund on the 3rd day of trying to figure out the s...
Cons: If Samsung spent about one Dollar US on a printed owners manual I can read from cover to cover we might still own this TV. The remote control is horrible its like picking up a ice cube with oil on your hands its also shaped in a way that if you set it on anything less than a perfectly flat surfac...
Excerpt: I have bought this TV for three month. Two months ago, i found the TV could reset itself. It happened when i used the remoter. At first, it happened several times a day. By now, the TV could not restart at all. It keep resetting over and over. I could not even shut down the TV with the remoter.
Summary: I bought this TV for a workout room/gym that was being setup in our new house. Well I bought the TV and wall mount and got it all set up and hooked up. It was tested briefly for a couple times and everything looked ok.
Pros: The TV has a good picture and seemed to connect to my internet with no issues.
Cons: TV is useless with less than 10hrs of actual use! Using the smart TV features are a bit of a pain to navigate. I'm sure it would be easier with a keyboard.
Summary: As with the other reviewers, I am disappointed by the apps on this, particularly the lack of Netflix and Amazon, despite being promised that these were included. I spoke with Samsung manager, who also told me they had no idea when the apps would be ready.
Summary: I purchased this TV with the hopes of streamlining my media devices. Instead I ended up having to buy a Roku to go with this TV because the Smart TV app often either does not work, or streams so slow that it makes watching unbearable. Now, let me be clear.
Summary: The television I received was faulty. It would work for a while but then vertical lines would appear and the television would reset. I checked all of the connections, even only connecting one thing at a time, but the television was obviously faulty. I returned it to Amazon for a replacement.
