Summary: The TV itself was fine, but when it arrived, I didn't notice a tear in the box, until I set the tv up and turned it on. There was a slice about 1 1/2 inch long, right down the middle of the screen. I'm sure it was the shipping problem, once I noticed this, I got the box to put it back into and THEN noticed the slice down the middle of the box. As for the tv itself, picture was great , but the volume on this TV was horrible.
Summary: This is just a plain old LED TV, nothing special makes it worth over $500. No internet capabilities, poor sound quality and a limited ability to extend its capabilities. I returned it after finding a Vizio for less than $100 more that has all the options and picture quality that Samsung's Smart TV's have. Samsung has a bad habit of farming out its screen production.
Summary: Overall the TV is great out of the box...good picture, good sound, easy setup, awesome delivery / packaging by Amazon. The biggest disappointment is the info display. That being...every time you change the HD channel, and it has a different size or whatever, this HUGE and ANNOYING pop-up display comes up in the LHand corner. It says something like "HDMI-1, 1920x1080/60p and the current time". It stays on for about 3-4 seconds.
It is good, but suffers issues many large LED/LCD HDTV's do.

Summary: The sound is some of the best i have heard from sound built into a TV, picture quality itself is very good as well as options to calibrate, response time is also low, but what lets this product down for me as a TV is the same issue many large LCD/LED TVs seem to have these days... Ghosting/motion blur..
