  • Summary: When we received the TV, there was no TV stand in the box. We contacted Amazon and they told us to try and resolve the issue with Samsung. We contacted Samsung and they said they'd send it (after they requested serial numbers, order numbers, receipts and several other proofs of purchase). The TV stand never came. I contacted them again, went through the same conversation, they said they'd send it, it never came, and so on...

No Screws!!!

  • Summary: This review is about Samsung customer service. I bought this TV on Black Friday for my husband for Christmas. We decided to set it up on New Years Eve. We opened the box and found there were no screws to attach the tv to the stand. We were disappointed but that was OK, mistakes happen. We called the number provided by the Samsung directions booklet. The first person we spoke to said there was nothing she could do to help us.

  • Summary: This items arrived broken, screen apparently had suffered damaged in the shipment to my home. HOWEVER, my local Walmart in Berlin Vermont cheerfully exchanged the unit with no questions asked. They did not, however, have a duplicate replacement so I had to upgrade to a larger set for $100 more. Overall, I was very happy in the smoothness of the replacement transaction.

  • Summary: The employees at the Shaw Line store in San Diego are great.....the manager Mike in customer service went out of his way to assure me that my new Samsung was operable.....i have recently bought two televisions and one had a broken screen.....he took care of this issue i shop at this store once or twice a week.....

  • Summary: It was ridiculous that the tv came in busted then it was an ordeal to get it returned!! Of course there were no more of the tv in stock anywhere!! It was a gift for my mother in law and I knew she would not be able to load and unload the tv by herself to take it to a store for return so I needed it picked up. That was what aggravated me so much!
