Summary: The TV has worked fine since I bought it about six months ago. Last week Samsung sent out a server upgrade and now I and many other are unable to access most of the apps. Stuff breaks, I understand that, but Samsung refuses to admit that there is a problem. They have users around the world with broken TVs and they ignore it. I'll update if/when they fix it. Otherwise it's going back.
