Summary: I have always been samsung customer when it comes to television..Picture quality is excellent. I have been using this from past 1.5 years..The tiny plastic case that firmly hold USB stick came off from inside of the USB port..that USB port still functions but it no more holds USB drive firmly and is very loose..
Summary: This is a great TV w/awesome picture & sound quality (Ideal For GAMING AS WELL). Despite having the mother board replaced 3 separate times due to what I kept telling Samsung was a power source issue this TV has lived up to its potential & is now sitting pretty on its new wall mount in which I also bought from Amazon (The omnimount OC8OFM!). Samsung was Great too with there willingness to help me get a fix for this unit even when it fell out of warranty.
Summary: I've bought my last 4 Samsung flat screens from Amazon and the never disappoint. I really wasn't in the market since I just got a 40" 120Hz TV a couple summers ago and was very pleased with it. Unfortunately my mounting bracket pulled out of the cheap sheet rock in my house, and that TV was destroyed. This was bought as a replacement. First let me touch on the 3D stuff. I've only toyed with it a bit and I think it's little more than a gimmick.
Summary: The color and definition on this TV are amazing but every once in a while images on the screen, like people for example, will start shaking wildly like they are having trouble staying in this dimension. And sometimes you get that Soap Opera look which I've heard is associated with LED TV's. We like watching 3D movies in combination with our Samsung 3D blu ray DVD player and the glasses work well but they don't want to turn off very easily.
TV Good; Remote is awful; Rating reflects the TV picture quality.

Summary: The picture is very good. This is a tertiary TV so it is not used much which turned out to be good. The remote having the touch pad is almost unusable. We were to the point of returning the TV when we discovered the app for the iPhone. The app allows you to type in the channel number and go directly to that channel. The remote forces you to use the on screen key pad.
Great TV, but lousy software for watching online content

Summary: Buy this TV because its a great TV, but don't be persuaded by the Smart Hub feature. The Netflix app forgets my username and password everytime I turn off the TV without exiting the app first. The Amazon Prime app has a clunky, dated interface. I actually like the Smart Touch remote quite a bit, but the apps are clearly designed for use with older remotes and reference some of the legacy colored buttons which this remote lacks.
