Excerpt: The only thing not good on this TV is the sound. Have to have the volume set extremely high just to hear the people talk in a movie. I have tried everything possible to try and fix the problems but still no luck, otherwise this TV is great
Excerpt: I own Samsung phones, other TVs, and a bluray. I typically love samsung. This TV will be boxed up and taken back TOMORROW! We have an LG which is 5 years old that we were replacing. It will be going back on the wall until we choose a different TV which will NOT BE a Samsung.
Excerpt: If you use Netflix, it's a winner, the netflix app only has a 3 second delay in starting. If you plan on using Amazon Prime, on my television that SmartHub feature fails every time. Hulu also works, but most other apps are hit or miss.
Excerpt: Not at all what I expected from a leader in LED televisions. This set only has two HDMI inputs. It also doesn't connect with other components through such technology as Viera Link, something my Panasonic and older Toshiba components do.
Excerpt: The picture quality is very good but the sound quality is NOT good. I have tried the various sound settings but cannot get a good quality sound - mainly for the voices. Also the audio is just off from the video so it gets annoying when lips and activities on the screen do not match the sound.
Excerpt: TV is great and has updated the software to include many of the popular streaming programs (netflix, HBO to go, ect). The interface is a bit slow (around 2-3 seconds), it delivers exactly what you would want. I would recomend to anyone.

The first thing that shocked me was just how bad the SmartHub, what the TV markets as its primary winning point, really was. It was full of bugs.
